1. License
Casacabe grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on one computer. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software to any third party.
2. Payment
Payment is a one-time fee of $129. No refunds after the software has been downloaded and activated, except where required by law. If the software cannot be installed or activated, contact support@casacabe.com within 14 days for a full refund.
3. Data
All data entered into Casacabe is stored locally on your computer. Casacabe does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data.
4. Updates
Your purchase includes all v1.x updates and bug fixes. Major new versions may be offered as a separate purchase.
5. Disclaimer
Casacabe is provided as-is. Invoice templates and financial reports are for convenience only and do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific needs.
6. Termination
Casacabe reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms, including unauthorized redistribution of the software.
